Daniel Raven-Ellison is a guerrilla geographer and the instigator of the UK's first national park city.

For its size, London is one of the greenest cities in the world: 13,000 wild species share the city; 60% of London is open land; and 47% of Greater London is green. As well as the 3,000 parks, 142 local nature reserves, 36 sites of special scientific interest, four UNESCO World Heritage Sites and two National Nature Reserves within the city’s limits, there are 3.8 million private gardens.

Getting to University of West London's Brentford Site

Train/tube

  • Nearest tube station: Boston Manor Station on the Picadilly Line (15 minute walk from site)
  • Train station: Brentford Station (South Western Railway), Ealing Broadway (GWR, TfL) - NB. If you are travelling to Ealing Broadway, University of West London runs a free shuttle bus. Please contact Edina Pato to get a pass.

Bus (in addition to shuttle bus)

  • Paragon is also on the route of the number 65 bus which runs from Ealing Broadway station, which also stops at the Ealing site.

  • Bus routes E2, E8 and H91 also serve the site with stops nearby.

Car

  • Brentford site is located on the A3002, Boston Manor Road, 1.5 miles south of the St Mary's Road site, Ealing site.
