Measuring Impact: John Muir Award survey
Trust launches survey of Award users in England & Wales
Are you a John Muir Award Provider in England or Wales? Then we would love to hear from you.
The John Muir Trust is evaluating what organisations currently using the John Muir Award think about their experiences – why they use it, if and how it adds value to their work. We want to assess how using the John Muir Award impacts on participants, leaders and organisations themselves.
Information gathered will help to inform our priorities and processes and be shared in reports, case studies and website material. It will help to showcase involvement with wider agendas such as outdoor learning, health and wellbeing, attainment, character development and employability.
A summary of a Provider Survey carried out in Scotland in 2015 can be found here. This gave us valuable feedback and data that we’ve been able to use in developing partnerships and securing funding support, as well as enhancing the way we share stories of John Muir Award experiences.
