Update: 28 June 2018:- The appeal has been dismissed and planning permission refused, with the Scottish Government's Reporter citing amongst his conclusions the "relatively high degree of significant [landscape and visual] effects."
Update: 14 March 2018:- This case was appealed by the developer. According to the DPEA website:- *Case Update 26 February 2018* Inquiry sessions and hearing sessions have been held in respect of this appeal. The reporter has also taken written submissions on the effect of the Scottish Government’s Onshore Wind Policy Statement and the Scottish Energy Strategy (published December 2017) on the appeal. The reporter is considering his decision.
