Wild Places Guardian Review Form and Certificate Request
Award management is completed through an online portal requiring a secure log in. See our video for an introduction to the portal.
Once logged in, you will be able to submit a review and certificate request and view any closed reviews / certificate requests from the past 6 months. Your downloable certificate PDF will be available for 6 months following approval, at which point they will no longer be available. For this reason, we can offer replacement certificates within the 6-month period only.
Submitting a new review form
When you have completed your Award activities, log in to the portal (link found in your proposal approval email) and select ‘add new’ within the review section. We strongly recommend drafting your responses in our template document first (see below) and then copying into the online form when you are ready to submit. The portal will automatically time out after one hour - we would not want you to lose any of your work.
Please note that the Word document template is provided for drafting purposes only. Emailed reviews cannot be accepted and you will be asked to submit your review through the online portal.
Requesting certificates
Once you have created and submitted your review via the portal, scroll down to the ‘Certificates’ section and select ‘add new’ to enter the information required to create your certificates.
Please note that the details you provide in this section will appear exactly as entered on the certificates, so please check carefully before submitting. Certificate reissues will incur a charge of £5.
Participant names must be uploaded to the portal using a CSV file. Please use the template below.
After you submit your review and certificate request, an Award Officer will review them within 10 working days. If we require any additional information or clarification, we will contact you and provide a link to your review so that you can edit and resubmit it.
Once your review has been approved, we will email to let you know. You will then be able to download a PDF containing your certificates from the portal.
