Members' and Supporters' Wild Places Gathering 2025
Join us at beautiful Loch Lomond to hear about the Trust's latest work, connect with staff, trustees and other supporters and Members of the Trust. We look forward to welcoming you.
Our day takes place at Ardoch Loch Lomond, a few miles from Balloch. Join fellow Members, Trust staff and trustees from around 10am over tea, coffee and pastries. The programme will include inspirational speakers, talks from the Trust team; and we will make the most of Ardoch Loch Lomond’s estate land with walking activities. Please bring outdoor clothing and footwear – including for inclement weather. A cold fork lunch will be provided. The day is expected to finish at around 4pm.
We’ll start at 10am with tea, coffee and pastries, a cold fork lunch is included, and activities finish at 4pm. Outdoor talks and activities take place through the day and will include:
- Flora / fauna survey monitoring eg bird survey, foraging, tree identification
- Wellbeing in wild places walk
- Identifying threats to wild places eg hands-on removal of invasive species
- Unique and rare tree nursery
There will be a chance to participate in all activities.
