Skye conservation days
All welcome to join us for a day – or a week – of practical conservation work that will help ensure the long-term protection of land under our care at Skye.

- Wednesday 12 August (9am – 4.30pm)
Remove Sitka spruce seedlings - Thursday 13 August (9am – 4pm)
Camasunary beach clean - Friday 14 August (9am – 4.30pm)
Remove Sitka spruce seedlings at our peatland restoration site - Saturday 15 August (9am – 4.30pm)
Remove a fence at the Strathaird roadside and disposal at Strathaird Farm. - Saturday 15 August (7.30pm to 9pm)
Join us to hear an evening talk about the work of the Trust on Skye, over a cup of tea or coffee. - Monday 17 August (9am – 4.30pm)

Note: The proposed tasks may change if the weather isn't favourable.
What to expect
Find out more about the tasks involved here and remember to bring packed lunch/snack, waterproofs, warm clothes and good sturdy shoes/boots and gloves. Instructions and equipment will be provided.
